Flagg Coal Company #75 Visits the Museum

Flagg Coal Company #75 was operated for two weekends in October. The coal fired steam engine provided the motive power for the three car train. This was the first time a steam engine has operated over the Museum's rail line in almost 40 years and the first time in over 13 years that steam had operated in South Carolina. This event brought in 3,000 riders with many more visitors chasing the train to take photos. The event was a hugh success due to its dedicated volunteers and outstanding support from the community.
