The Museum was awarded a TEA-21 grant back in 2002 of which part of was to rebuilding the Rion Office building that burned back in the mid-1980's. The work for this grant started at the end of January 2005 and will be completed by the end of April 2005. The work to be done is to rebuild the interior walls, rough in the plumbing for the restrooms, the wiring and HVAC system. The interior work will be completed by Museum volunteers. The outside of the building will look completed once the work is done.
